If he didn't have easy access to guns he probably would have been up on the roof rapid firing ninja stars.

You don’t believe drones will be used for acts of terror ?

I don't think the dude that fired 80 plus rounds into a 4th Of July parade would have access to military style drones.

He doesn’t need access to military drones to carry out an attack with mass casualties.

Somehow we choose to legislate drones with no mention of bans.

Ok. Why didn't he use a drone?

He obviously had a gun. Now take his gun and what becomes his weapon of choice? What law do we have that prevents Americans from achieving their desires ? Alcohol, drugs, and vagina can all be obtained illegally anywhere in America on a nightly basis. There is an argument that bans have had more negative side effects than the crime itself.

What stops you from killing your neighbors? Are you literally scared of the jail time or do you feel murder is simply wrong?

“Systemic failures” in Uvalde shooting went far beyond local police, Texas House report details

Good luck in background checks on this.

Quote

It explains how the gunman, who investigators believe had never fired a gun before May 24, was able to stockpile military-style rifles, accessories and ammunition without arousing suspicion from authorities, enter a supposedly secure school unimpeded and indiscriminately kill children and adults.

Fubar from top to bottom.

Quote

In total, 376 law enforcement officers — a force larger than the garrison that defended the Alamo — descended upon the school in a chaotic, uncoordinated scene that lasted for more than an hour. The group was devoid of clear leadership, basic communications and sufficient urgency to take down the gunman, the report says.

Because he had no license and did not know how to drive, an uncle transported him to the gun store twice. He said the first time he didn’t know he was going to pick up a rifle, since the store is also a popular restaurant in town and his nephew said he was hungry. But he returned with a narrow box and no food.
