I still think that Roberts' vote for ACA was made with either the sole or at least the vast majority of intent to keep it as an issue for this year's election. Political parties need their boogie men.  If that was indeed the case then between that, the obvious filling of the empty seat, ACA still getting mauled in some manner despite the decision and quite possibly additional seats everything really did come up Milhouse for him.
