This is such typical Stubhub BS. When they say there is nothing they can do, they mean by having the seller pay for it. They're a billion dollar company that could easily make good on this. But, they've decided that possibly losing this guy as a customer would be less costly than getting him equivalent tickets. They have a monopoly in the secondary ticket market since being acquired by Ebay (who basically shutdown their ticket selling system) and find it very easy/convenient to be sleazy these days.

Guess the press worked for him.  They updated his situation.  Stubhub is backpedaling.  The fan got tickets from Tickets for Less.  Also had offers from Budweiser.
