Seems odd to me that someone who lives in a beautiful place like Montana wouldn't be an environmentalist.

Not just you, MT, but anyone from areas like that. I was driving through Billings in the summer and was at a Best Buy and the guy asked where I was headed and I said Missoula and he acted like I had cut a wet fart in his face. "Im not a fan of those people, I'm a republican" is what he said. I was like "thanks dude, I just wanted a bluray of The Neverending Story, I didn't need to know you're political opinions." Anyways, I know that didn't have anything to do with my point, but I thought it was a cute story.

 

Couple of things...........  that sounds like Billings.  Also I don't consider the eastern half of my state beautiful.  West of Billings is incredible.  However you have to remember that oil production has been huge out here and has made a lot of people a hell of a lot of money.
