I'm saying you have no first-hand knowledge of the guilt of this guy and yet you've still called him a rapist. Seemed pretty clear to me.

No. Suspect is the perfect word. Because that's what he is. He is suspected of rape. You claimed he raped two others, which is a claim that you have no proof of. That is something you always cry against. But I guess since the subject means something to you it's okay for you to be emotional about it. What about all the other topics you scold people who haven't waited long enough to comment on? You don't seem to care if the topic means something to them. You don't seem to ever say "It's not your [whomever]; sleep well." That seems pretty hypocritical. Which would make sense with you being a cop and all.
