It means Castellanos was selling out for a Fastball. Stupid thing is pitchers throw a 1st pitch fastball 60% of the time, and it's a worthwhile gamble. In other words, Castellanos was swinging away first pitch. Oh by the way....Estevez does it 53% of the time. So technically it wasn't even "cheating", it was a likely thing. 

It was a dumb excuse for what he thought was a well-located ball; "he just got lucky cheating fastball".
