Imagine having a vendetta against a movement that outed some of the worst predators in the country, as well as gave women AND men a voice to speak up about being abused.

Yes, it also resulted in *some* non-victims taking advantage of it and manipulating and deceiving people. But every societal shift, including the most positive, has its share of folks who see an opportunity to take advantage for attention, revenge, or self gain.

Hopefully all of us with children are teaching them that their bodies belong to themselves, and that if anyone ever victimizes them, they have the ability to speak up and not be judged or questioned about it.

Agree, but because he was found innocent and the accuser was found to be a gold digger from the start, he deserves to return to MLB.

Bad behavior on both ends is unacceptable.   In this case, that’s on her.

Look, best case scenario he shows up in an Angels uni and there is a media circus for Spring Training his first couple starts. Then he is old news unless something comes up. By the trade deadline if he is pitching well but the Angels are out of it they get a prospect haul in trade. If he is throwing well and the Angels are in the playoffs his bonus money is paid for. If he sucks then they dump him like any other MLB minimum player, no extra costs.

He signs with the padres 1 year

I’m thinking the Rangers or Houston. Last year I predicted Mets or Rangers. I think it’ll be a team that’s done enough for its fanbase lately that it can take the short term PR hit.

Houston has experience managing the PR hits.

It's insane to me if nobody signs him, and if somebody else gets him that's just stupid, because the Angels absolutely should have been the first ones in the ring.

Which means of course, they'll blow a perfectly good/cheap opportunity to get our starting rotation in a semi-respectable form.

Lol he’s resorted to begging for a job on Twitter.  Pretty clear no ones interested.  Don’t stop studying Japanese

Kicking a guy while he's down when he never should have been there in the first place. Super classy.
