IMO it's more of a reflection that the players aren't holding each other accountable.

I think Moustakas would be an excellent resource to find out what's going on too. He's been on really good teams, and he's been on really bad teams. He can't really do that as an active player though because he'd be seen as a snitch. He needs to find a job in a couple of months.

It's easy to know what's going on.  Rendon  is getting away with slacking and collecting a paycheck with no ramifications,  Trout has missed half the season, so everyone else is just collecting thei checks too.

Most likely Findlay and Salmon have been told to pay special attention / mentor the rookies, Ohoppe, Neto, etc. and indoctrinate them into being "Angels".  Those kids are the future of the franchise and the current jaded  vets couldn't give a sh*t about the franchise or the rookies.

To continue to push this narrative that anyone is blaming Nevin, solely, for the problems this season is pure fantasy. As, many here have taken Arte, Perry, the training staff & the reliance on sabermetrics to task for the regression/problems the team has experienced this year. So, whereas the problems, obviously, are more than just Nevin, he is being held "accountable" for his poor in-game adjustments...which, are real...have cost the team wins & were evident/a problem in 2022 as well...

IMO his other adjustments have worked out well. Overall there is maybe a +\= 3 wins due to manager adjustments

Plus it's his first season as a manager.  
and he ended up with a bunch of malingerers as players.
