I agree now. I was typing that as the first home run was leaving the building. I suspect my stream is slightly delayed.

Look at Leone’s stats since May 23, one bad outing plus a couple of mediocre ones, otherwise pretty good.

Makes the bridge (Loup and Soriano) to Lopez, Moore, and Estevez deeper.

Atlanta has the deepest, most complete lineup in the game. Someone said their #7-9 has the highest OPS this year in MLB.

No disgrace to have them score bunches of runs but why the hell can we not buy a lousy run with RISP?!

Seems Angel hitters have more 0 - 2 counts than on other teams. Over aggressive? Lack of discipline? Trouble reading pitches?

Not sure exactly why they went to Webb in the 6th when Sandoval had only thrown 90 pitches through 5 and had pitched decent. You might get away with Webb for 1 inning against that lineup but two was really dreaming. Ugly 7th for Webb but pitching is only going to hold up so long. Offense is offensive.
