Sucks losing Bush and Quero, but these are very good adds for 2023. Hopefully they re-sign one of them too.

Not a fan of this.  Losing Ky Bush is okay, but Quero really hurts.  Only way it makes sense to me is if they felt Quero wasn’t going to stick as a catcher.  Otherwise, that’s a huge overpay for rental players when you are a fringe contender, which we are.

Players traded mid-season don't return comp picks anymore.

A rotation of Ohtani, Giolito, Detmers, and Sandoval/Canning is definitely competitive in a playoff series.

I don't believe you receive a comp pick from players traded mid-season.
