I don't think he looked all that bad that inning. Lots of base hits strung together due to leaving the ball up and they found the holes.

Canning digs a hole but rebounds to avoid a meltdown in the 4th. Could have been worse.

Like Tuesday's game, they're not making hard contact or hitting it over the OFer's heads.  Some of the pitches were bad though and up in the zone.  Better hitting teams might hit HRs with them.

They also may approach the pitch sequence much different depending on the batter so this doesn't really hold water.
