I think Minasian is for sure a draft and development guy, given his pedigree.  I think we will see more success in the development and promotion of our prospects than we did under Dipoto and Eppler, but only time will tell.

I’m going to assume the philosophy of the new owners is going to be the biggest factor on whether this is the case

I agree.  Hopefully, the new ownership will see what the Dodgers (and Mets) have done and/or attempting to do and emulate the same thing.  No reason we can't invest in both (farm development and FA contracts).
