I think if Adell ever becomes a good Major Leaguer it won’t be with the Angels. Whatever they are doing with him isn’t working.  He’s a young guy who already needs a change of scenery/fresh start.

That was 2 plays in a row that any major leaguer should make. Villar and Adell should both be charged with errors.

I know we need him, but if the Halos could land 3 MLB-ready prospects for Sandoval who could contribute '23 or maybe '24, have to consider it. 

It'd hurt but it's the kind of deal that could revamp this team if it broke right. n

Well I mean he would have pitched five innings and only allowed two runs against one of the best teams in baseball. That's pretty good. Sure, you would have liked him to go at least seven Innings but with defense like that, it doesn't really matter who is pitching.

Trout's not going anywhere but there's not much they can do about Ohtani but trade him if he isn't signing an extension. Team has shown him nothing to convince him to do so

It really all depends on what is important to Ohtani. Trout signed an extension with the Angels even though they've been pretty much crap since he's been on the team. If Ohtani likes the area and weather and is comfortable with his teammates and coaches and winning isn't as important to him, the Angels will pay him to stay.

So it’s better to win 30 more games and still suck?  I would rather they just be awful with young guys and do a total rebuild than the crap they put out every year. 
If Ohtani leaves I hope he goes somewhere like NY and wins a WS. He doesn’t deserve to have to play for this crap franchise.

Well we have his quote at the end of last season expressing his desire to win, and this years teams is the worst its ever been since he joined the team. Gonna take some incredible sales pitch to convince him to sign on long term to this dumpster fire
