Angels sign Magneuris Sierra and Kyle Barraclough to minor league deals

If I remember correctly, Sierra is very fast but can't hit worth a lick. I've never heard of Barraclough, but he had a great season in relief back in 2016, with a 14 k/9 rate, but has declined since then and walks a ton of batters.
