Buying Tickets to Events

I am trying to buy tickets for a show in Vegas, but I guess this applies to anywhere.  Does anyone know a way to buy the tickets and avoid the fees?  I am looking at two tickets to see Bill Burr, the tickets are about $140 a piece but after fees it comes out to $375 for the pair.  Before I throw the money at it, if someone knows a way to avoid it I would rather look at that option first.

This was Ticket Master which is the official ticket place for the venue.

Ticketmaster fees are ridiculous. There is a filter to see prices with fees already included, which removes some of the mystery.

I don't know any place that doesn't have fees.
