It's pure Springer...  Everything that guy posted is so sketchy/shady.   I guess the chick has been trying to get the story to ESPN among others...   So definitely suspect info.   But how a minor chick got a picture of his ass is kinda hard to explain... lol..

If only the girl was 17 and it was Texas.  She was 16 and it was in Michigan.

Age of consent isn't an issue in either state but sending/requesting/having nudes to/from a minor might bite him in the ass -- those would be federal charges.   The entire thing is likely bullshit, just people trying to ruin him after he blew the lid off Astros cheating scandal, thus the Springer reference.  But again, the nudes are hard to explain.

Yeah it’s been a disappointing time for baseball. Hopefully spring training and the new season brings back some credibility. I already dislike the NBA and NFL for their twitter craziness. I watch a lot of college football instead.

Fiers is screwed harder than the 16 year old he's been screwing. This is going to get ugly. His career is finished. He'll be out on admin leave while they investigate and he may go to jail. After that, there's no team in baseball that will bring him back, not while he's on Megan's Law, not with the whistleblower reputation. No one wants that distraction.

Jerry Springer makes more sense, although I think the tweets have been removed to avoid having to live in a homeless shelter, after the lawsuit...

Michigan statutory rape law is violated when a person has consensual sexual intercourse with an individual under age 16. The age of consent is raised to 18 when the older party is an authority figure. In addition, sexual relations between teachers and students of any age is illegal.
