Minor league starter with most upside?

Canning, then Sandoval, then Barria, then Suarez, then Hernandez. That's the MLB/AAA/AA depth we have for now.

Give it a year and we'll have Chris Rodriguez, Jose Soriano and Hector Yan in AA though. Maybe even a first round pick from this upcoming draft if things shake out right. Some college starter with big upside staying on the board until the 10th pick happens occasionally.

Guys, he said highest upside for a starter within a year of reaching the majors.

Rodriguez, Soriano, Kochanowicz are all know than a year off.

If it's highest upside in general, there's some debate but what I'm told of Kochanowicz and what I know and have seen of Rodriguez and Soriano, the order goes.... Kochanowicz, Soriano, Rodriguez. But that may only be because I haven't seen enough of Rod yet. What I have seen, there's no way I rank him over Soriano in upside. Not close. But if I see him more this next year, maybe my mind will change.
