From the way waay waaaay back machine, I found this interview @casmonkey did with Mike Trout when he was in Low-A playing for the Cedar Rapids Kernels. 

Quality in terms of both audio and video aren't the HD standard we now have, but it's good enough to watch/listen from start to finish.

Yeah man, he was definitely as nervous as Cassy was interviewing him. 

What a good get though. It's nice to look back on these after years have passed.
