I would say somewhere between that and what Eckstein did here.    Better defense/arm than Eck, and maybe in the long run a little more power at the plate.

They even share the same first name.

Fletcher is the type of player that, because he was underrated and exceeded expectations, is going to be overrated. I think we should be happy if he can repeat his performance this year: a league average hitter with excellent defense makes for a quality regular or great utility player. 

That said, if he has small gains in extra-base hits, walks, and a bit higher average, all of a sudden that respectable .290/.350/.385 line becomes .310/.380/.430, which with his defense makes him a 5 WAR player. Or he could start strong and be hitting .320 at the ASB and earn a spot on the AS team.
