Maybe see if they can parlay his 2019 season into someone's solid young pitching prospect (throwing in one of the Halos' lower top 10 prospects, along with Stella)? 

Can he play 1B, yes...do  i really see him as a full timer there, not really.  Plus i highly doubt he will keep up this pace, lets not forget hes playing WAY over his norms right now.
I think we could get some real value for the long term plan for him right now for those teams that are in need of a legit 2B.  
I look up the I5 and think the Dogs might have interest as The bodies they are running thru there dont seem to be getting it done with Hernandez and Taylor having rough seasons to date. but when everyone else is getting it done maybe they arent that concerned

In all seriousness, I wonder what we could get for La Stella in a trade. If there's a contender that's looking for a 2B at the deadline, I wonder if they'd be willing to give up a top prospect.
