Anyone use dropbox? I had someone upload a large file (5GB) and can stream it on my end, but cant get it to download to my phone. The download that transfers should be an mp4, but the phone (galaxy 7) keeps saying it cant play the file (but will play from the dropbox app). Do i need to download a codec or converter?

my daughter installed it on my computer and we put several pictures there. it's full and i keep getting pop-up notices asking me if i want to buy more memory. haven't used it and don't know how to use it. i put all of my pictures in my apple photo file.

The storage is fine, i can view everything. But i cant download the video to my phone. Need to so i can chop it into smaller videos so i can text it to people. Its about an hour and 20 minutes long, i just need to cut like 2 minutes of that hour to send :/

Dropbox has issues with large files and large folders. If you are having trouble playing it on your phone I'd guess that your phone is having trouble downloading it. You should try downloading it to a computer first and transferring it to your phone that way/

It plays on the phone fine. It just doesnt want to download to it. Keeps telling me i dont have enough space, but my sd card has plenty.

I tried to download to my tablet,  o joy on that either. Plays fine on there, just cant download. I need to download it though becausw the video is about an hour long. I want to cut a few minute clips from it so i can send it to friends
