Considering how bad the damage could have been, meaning homes being flattened and gone, this is nothing. Folks atleast have their home intact. Little bit of foundation work and some heavy duty jacks, and they are back and business. Anyone with homes in this condition should feel blessed.

When Dora hit the same area in 1964, a bunch of homes went into the ocean. Since then, there have been a lot of improvements in building techniques. From what I read, mainly homes 50 years old or older received much in the way of damage along the coast.
