Nobody disagrees with what you are saying here but you asked if safety was a right. It’s like health care. Everyone believes it is good to have and benefits them but it isn’t a right.

Well, the '13 Golf had a solid rear axle, so when the left tire would go up on the curb, the right tire would tilt out and ride along its edge. But that didn't happen here.
