Saw it at the theater as well. One of those art house Edwards in Costa Mesa. 

I was working at Blockbuster when it came out on video. I still remember a customer walking up and asking if we had any copies of American History 10 in. Took me a minute to figure out why they called it that.

Nice! History of the World Part I is one of my all time favorites. Hopefully it gets finished and it better have some Jews in space. Brooks is pretty damn old now though
