The Angels, regardless of the year or the players filling the roster, just can't get out of their own way. Far too often they make mental mistakes and it's really magnified whenever they play good teams/playoff games

Not really a bust when you don't expect much or give up much to get them.  Just hard for me to see any of them making much of a difference.

These fastballs on 2 strike counts are killing me. Throw the wipeout slider, if they don't swing, throw outside fastball. Too many inside fastballs on 2 strike counts.

Well, Richards is all over the place tonight.  That ball shouldn't have been down, it should have been at least thigh high.  But I agree, it was a stupid pitch call as well.

I do have higher standards for Richards, by all means he's the best we have right now, but this just reminds me of his last start against the Indians where we gave him nothing and he just made one mistake
