Kodi

Anyone here tried this? Supposedly you can basically watch anything you want for free, including movies at the theaters, and pay per view fights.

Nope, never once hung out with Kodi. Sounds like a nice guy if he hands you his remote.

There was a kid knocking on doors a couple of days ago trying to sell something called "u box" for $400 which supposedly allows you to watch everything for free. I didn't talk to the kid.

Yes. It works pretty well too. It used to be called XBMC. Kodi is nothing more than a media player. It does allow you to load repositories onto it and those are where you stream your content. Don't bother with movies that are still in the theater as they are just handheld camera copies. I refuse to watch a movie with that low of quality. As for TV shows and movies that are already released on disc, it is pretty good. Here is an excellent player to use Kodi on.
