they're just giving him a look and trying to keep everyone fresh.  he's been grinding out his at bats and has done well for us in a few key situations.  He's had some strong BP sessions lately and I think he's ready to turn a corner.

Good point. If boesch and Cron can both be contributors over the next few weeks, this offense will be extremely dangerous.

I think I recognize FOUR names in their lineup, and that includes Adam Rosales who is hitting better for them than he ever did for Oakland.

Strangely enough, they're better with him in the lineup.

 

55-33 when Hamilton plays, a .625 winning pct.

 

33-22 without him, a .600 winning pct.

They are looking for a power left handed bat. Navarro has played better 5han expected but they are probably hoping Boesch can do better. And his small amount of at bats isn't enough to determine if he can help.

Personally i think Green should be playing. However i 7nderstand what they are doing.
