/Kings played on another level tonight. Where the #$#@ is this on a more regular basis?  How are the Flames or Canucks in front of them?

they seemed to have found that playoff gear they've been lacking. solid game all the way around tonight. four beautiful goals, too. jeremy roenick and the studio guys were talking about it, too.

Also winnepeg plays Montreal and with 2 pts kings can jump calgary for 3rd. Gotta tcb though!

Big road trip so far, but two of the three toughest games when starting the trip still remain vs red hot Minnesota and always tough Chicago.

Minnesota did us a favor by beating Calgary. Kings have to win tonight.

Man these guys are so up and down. the start of the roadie to the last 2 games being totally dominated by the opponents. Do they love just making as hard as possible on them?

Win the game in hand and they're right back where they started on this road trip. I would have taken that.

Have to go 6 for 6 on home ice points, and go at least 3 for 6 on road ice points including 2 against Calgary, if they want to ensure getting to the SC playoffs.

Two games against the Oilers, Avalanche, Sharks, Canucks, and Flames. If they can't get enough points with that remaining schedule what is the point of making the playoffs?

hey, is it just me -- or what? -- when you're down 4-1 in a critical game and its third period - I think you start thinking about pulling your goalie a bit early (perhaps the 5/6 minute left mark) to get back int the game???  Wasn't done.

 

Perhaps Daryl S. thought the Kings defense was so porous (and depleted) that the Kings would just be giving up another goal by doing that........

 

oh well.
