Do any of the players on the market “substantially change the team”?  I’ll give you a hint.  The answer is no

They have put a weird team together.  Injuries to the back of their rotation likely force the Snell deal.

I'm just laughing at how Minasian spent 30 million on the bullpen and suddenly Arte pulls the plug. 

Now we're stretching out guys we actually need in the bullpen because we don't have SP depth. Bauer, Clevinger, Lorenzen, Urias, fucking Barria. Hell we could get 2 of those guys, save maybe Urias, for less than 30 million.

It doesn't make sense. This organization has absolutely no direction.

Angels do have a direction they are going in. Develop players within this organization. Stop signing pitchers to one year deals and signing position players to 7 year deals.
