The pre-millennium called, they want their way of running a franchise back!

Hahahaha. Because when they installed technology on the pitching side it was so well received.

This a very stupid comment, Stradling.

Thanks Blarg, it’s also very true. Unless of course I misunderstood what Sandoval and Loup said.

You are trying to steer an unsupportable narrative.

Ok. Maybe I’m guilty of misunderstanding but bringing on the driveline guy (which I consider technology based decision) lead to pitchers struggling or at the very least lead to them being confused. You see it different. Feel free to support that.

it's not that they brought in pitching analytics, it's that they followed a plan that didn't work, and it was a different plan than the successful one they used a year ago.

remember, a lot of us here were looking forward to our pitching staff being a real solid core of young guys based on how they performed last year. the analytics changed the approach, and our staff went down the crapper because of it.

So you agree with me. Thanks.

The change had to be made. The technology was a decade late in arrival and it doesn't matter what a few guys said about not liking it. They needed to move forward with the team to catch up with the league. Moreno dragging his heels paying for something other than a banner on the front of the stadium has never helped the team succeed.

Ok so AO is bitching and telling him to install something they already installed. Got it.

The question then is, was there sufficient technology that was installed when Hezel came aboard last winter?

Because something was lost in translation, as it seems like it was when Doug White was the pitching coach in 2019.

Remember when Arte finally talked earlier this season and when they asked him about investing in the organization he just started talking about stadium maintenance lol.  He’s awesome.

Sam Blum was big mad

People are still thrilled that he lowered beer prices by a couple of bucks 2 decades ago.
