So this is my understanding of that situation.

Sheep go baaa, and since lambs are baby sheep the also go baaa only maybe at a higher pitch. But this high pitched baaa gives Agent Starling nightmares that give her a good story to tell Doctor Lecter so they can develop a quid pro quo and decide that between Urshela and Drury they can manage at 1B for a few days while they wait on Walsh

Cabbage?

Well why not give him a little look?  Encouragement for him and he doesn’t need to play more than Lamb did unless he does well.  and he goes back down when Walsh comes back regardless.

That's mighty fine work, right there. That's the kind of analysis that sets AW apart from the rest of baseball Fandom.

He is not on the 40 man so you'd have to make a spot for him.....also, if Walsh is close to being activated, it might not make a lot of sense.....

Good point.  Someone from the 40 man then but you bring someone up.

I think it's Moniak time

There is no way, without doubt, that it's Moniak or Adell time. Are you ever tired of being wrong about literally everything?

So can halos keep Lamb on the farm rest of this year? Jeff, getting back to your favorite subject why was Philips not in as PR on Wednesday in 9th? Why was his elite defense not used in game on Monday night?

I believe he can stay in AAA as long as they keep him on the 40-man roster. If they bring him back they would not be able to option him again because the 45-day window would be closed.

Wonder what the corresponding move is.

It has to be a position player, and the only player on the 40-man not playing last night was Moniak.

So Moniak or an external addition?

Could be claiming Ruf on waivers?
