Small sample size and his plate discipline this far looked look pretty advanced. 
 

not saying to do it permanently but doesn’t hurt to try it for one game. Ward isn’t doing amazing as a lead off hitter, in my opinion and is better suited for hitting for power like a traditional 4 hole hitter.

If the plan was to put Urshela as leadoff, I'd be all for it. He has the experience to handle the pressure. Right now Neto is treading water offensively so he needs as little high leverage as possible to keep from being overwhelmed and that would carry over to his defense.
