Question about the shift

I've read on here a few times that Ohtani might be a huge benefactor with the shift gone. So that's good news.

But wondering who on our staff looks to be hurt by this? Is there anyone who stands out as being helped above average by the shift?

The shift ban will benefit lineups with more left handed batters, so the right heavy Angels will likely benefit less than some other teams.

Let me clarify here (should have been more clear earlier). Which of our pitchers looks like they will "suffer" from the change?

The pitch to contact guys are looking at the most regression. Someone like Anderson will feel it. For the most part the Angels starters are looking good as they get their K's and are left handed. The bullpen may be more a concern though.
