Any Updates on the Tempe Diablo Stadium Renovations?

Does anyone know how the renovations at Tempe Diablo Stadium are progressing?

They agreed to a deal 18+ months ago:

Phase 1 wasn’t ready for spring training 2022.

The most recent update I’ve seen was that renovations were ongoing in Spring of 2022:

Nothing has happened. It will be the same in 23 as it was in 22. 
 

I believe the Angels sale combined with some issues with the city of Tempe stalled out progress.

So they moved the 2022 minor league camp only to do nothing, or were those different renovations?

They moved there because they were supposed to renovate the stadium but the project hit a snag and is still in limbo.
