Dude hops the fence and falls and breaks his elbow trying to enter a brawl. Hits the 60-day IL. 

He's activated today, only to be sent back to the IL with a forearm strain. Out for the season.

That's right, it was his elbow. Fixed it.

This feels like one of those things where the Angels sign him and this is what they get, next year he will go to the dodgers and turn into one of the best relievers in baseball.

100% Yes.

Minor league deals present no big cost or risk for the club.
