Who is the last reliever to have 2 straight good seasons in an Angels uniform?  We need to just start doing what the Rays do and sell high on all our relievers that do well in the offseason, we already know they won’t be above replacement level the next season anyways so who cares

The problem with this is that the Rays develop players and the Angels don’t.  At least not at the same rate that the Rays do.
