His ST numbers were horrendous but even the minors were bad in a small sample.
In the minors he put up a 6 ERA in 3 starts and only 15 innings pitched.  He had a 1.667 WHIP with 19 hits, 10 earned runs.  The only bright spot is a 3-1 K/BB line.
It doesnt exactly scream upgrade but if it could be had on the cheap, why not i guess cant get much worse

He wasn't bad last year, not great but not terrible ...and his his overall history is pretty good.  I just can't imagine anybody not being an upgrade over Stratton or Harvey right now....I guess it's early....
