That looks like the line up we all wanted.  What I mean is Albert is batting 5th even without Ohtani or Upton.  Fletcher as Tots mentioned in the other thread provides flexibility off the bench.

Yup - Fletcher is arguably better but with our bench so thin and limited to start the season, it’s better to have him available when the best situation presents itself - pinch runner, hitter, defensive sub...

I'm guessing if everyone remains healthy from today until May, our lineup is going to look much different. I don't believe we'll see La Stella starting many games and I think Rengifo will be up sooner than later.

Fletcher is a utility guy... but he has the David Eckstein, Johnny Giavotella vibe that Angel fans love...

I thought those stats looked pretty good, until I noticed it was for his career and not for 2018...

I don't mind Fletcher coming off the bench.  If he starts showing signs of being able to take a walk then I would be more prone to caring if he was a starter.

Well his OPS+ in his career is still better than Fletcher.  Fletcher doesn't even walk 5% of the time.  That compares to over 10% for LaStella.
