the City of SF owns AT&T -- not the Giants.

the Giants would hate this and oppose it like all heck - but the A's and baseball in the Bay Area would do better to fill that AT&T Park 162 games/ dates a year and share the ballpark.

A game at AT&T -- which is a fabulous ballpark -- would draw 25,000 a game for the A's easy.

Here, they're drawing 27,000 for OPENING DAY.

The Giants -- even with a poor record last season (and the roster certainly didn't reflect that lousy 2017 performance) sold AT&T out most games (45,000).

AT&T was the first ballpark build without public funds since the construction of Dodger Stadium. San Francisco Ballpark Associates LP received a $10 million tax rebate, however.

eligbra4ever -- yeah - you are right about that --

but you probably know this -- it is the investor group that owns and runs the park and leases it to its major tenant - SF GIants. RIght?

anyway, A's need to move -- somewhere -- anywhere.  27,000 on Opening Day is pathetic.
