Imagine all the coke and blow (are they the same thing?) that players could be doing down in Mexico.  Not to mention the hookers.  

 

MLB in Mexico just might work.  I could see a lot of latin players wanting to play there.

 

Edit: Not for the coke, blow, hookers (wasnt trying to be racist).  Just saying a lot of latin players might be very comfortable in a place where spanish is the first language.  Especially players who defect from other countries, who dont speak English very well.
