The coach who ordered his players to hit the referee has resigned. Of course, he is still trying to play the race card, saying that it was in retaliation for the official's racist remarks and calls. I don't know how you call a racist penalty, but there you are.

yeah, the kids are making the news circuit this week and both of them said without question that the coach ordered them to attack the ref. both of the kids come across as sincere and well spoken, making it harder to understand why they would have participated in something so ridiculous.
