Don't have a warm and fuzzy feeling about these next two games.    ASU is heating up, in more ways than one, and even plays defense now.   UofA's offense will move the ball almost at will on USC's suddenly mediocre defense.    Could easily be 6-4 (3-3 in the PAC-12 South) nine days from now.  

Could we be seeing an ASU/UofA PAC-12 South title game?

I am back to being convinced that SC will probably beat UCLA by at least 50.  More if Rosen is out.

USC lucked out getting Gustin and Fatu back. That was a surprise. Practice reports said they were doing light work outs this week but doubtful. They made a difference in pass and run defense. 

Darnold looked good finally against a hot asu defense that allowed a total of 17 points against uw and Utah (who all of sudden looks terrible). Ronald Jones also got going. 

Nice bounce back game.

This weekend should be the Pac 12 South title game...as a UofA fan...still worried about ASU in Tempe.

Khalil Tate has won Conference offensive player of the week honors 4 straight weeks. USC recruited him as a slot WR, he wanted to play QB at the next level.

Tate is a beast....besides running, he can do one thing the UofA QB's have sucked at....he can throw the ball.  Dawkins could not hit an open receiver, Solomon was done after his Sophmore year...and really only had one good season..his freshman.

Well Craig, that's one big win for UofA in the books.    Suddenly, the winner of this Saturday's game may well be in the driver's seat for a PAC-12 championship game appearance.

That's when you tell the kid he can play QB and then move him to WR a year later. Like we did with Devin Fuller

If UofA wins Saturday and only loses to ASU afterwards who in turn goes unbeaten the rest of the way, and USC wins out after Saturday, that's your basic 3 way tie with all 3 teams 1-1 against the other two.   Who would go to the PAC-12 title game in that scenario?

If southern cal wins out there wouldn't be a tie. They only have 1 conference loss.
