While police get worse and worse.  

 

IMO, bounty hunters are 10x worse than cops.  It's like you get all the bad cops that can't get jobs, and then you make them bounty hunters.  

 

The article makes it sound like poor bounty hunter.  But my guess is they said bounty hunter, then kicked in the door just like a home invasion robbery.  Yelling and screaming acting like cops intimidating.
