What does it take for a reliable bullpen? It seems like every other team has at least one reliable relief pitcher. Someone who can at least shut down a team once a week. Why can't the Angels have that?

Rasmus is smoke and mirrors when he succeeds.  Every three games I subtract an arm than I once thought could be capable.

Our rotation has actually been surprisingly good in terms of innings pitched, and should be surprisingly good in terms of ERA if not for ... anyway, it's sad the bullpen has cost us as many games as they have despite being relatively underworked compared to most teams.

I just want relievers who can freakin throw strikes. So many arms in this pen + arms they call up are always walking batters and falling behind in the count constantly
