He was a 2012 draft pick out of JC.

His 2012 Arizona rookie ball stats were so-so, save for a decent BBs total.

He's busted out for them in 2013, with a near .400 OBP, 13 XBHs in 138 at bats, 15 SBs, and 26 runs scored.

He did just turn 21, kind of old for that league.

Is he a future org player at best? Or maybe yet another viable 4th OF option about 4 years down the road?

Reports I heard today are that he has been working out hard and working hard and making some adjustments. It's to early to tell, but he is starting to turn some heads. Hope that helps.

Not to be a bit of a party pooper but he is rolling out a .398 BABIP. Considering that he has speed this may not be an issue but that is a high number. I hope I am 100% dead wrong and he just kicks so much ass and runs a .450 BABIP throughout the Minors and into the big leagues.

Not a party proper at all. Guys figure things out at different times and at different levels. As I said earlier, it's very early to tell, but he has been noticed. He still has a way to go, but I hope for the best for him, as I do for all the prospects.
