Turns out advanced defensive stats like dWAR consider "robbed home runs" extremely important. Last season Trout led defensive stats by far as a result of stealing 4 home runs. Opposing outfielder assisted homeruns are likewise considered very bad. Tha'ts why Trout is considered one of the three worst defenders in MLB this season.

Honestly, Jerome's stuff isnt very good, his pitches don't sink they rise. He gives up a lot of homers and has bad control.
