Except it was a tidbit buried in a 25 minute segment and not promoted at all by the reporter or the show that she mentioned it on.

I think it would be exceedingly odd to add a president of baseball ops that would be tasked with piggy backing off of a gm who's still in place.  Considering the way the Angels org structure has worked over the last several year I guess it wouldn't be out of character though.  

For the last decade and a half, every off season has been to get out the big box of band aids.  Players.  Coaches.  Managers.  Front office etc.  Here we go again.
