This event has shown that even though you are fully vaccinated for COVID-19, that doesn't mean you can't ever catch the virus. General Powell was vaccinated for COVID-19, and he not only caught the virus, he died from it. This is good reason enough for Joe Biden not to hurl mandates at the American People.

RIP Colin Powell, and thank you for your great service to our country.
