So I will try and answer the question and try to be as honest as I can. 

Did Trump not want to give a SOTU.  My answer would be yes he did because he says the exact opposite of what even he believes is true.  

So if the question is does he want to give a SOTU using the formula the answer is no and he can play victim of the Dems at the same time.  Win, Win. 

Only 5 words could he speak I will ever believe to not be opposite of what he says: "I've nailed my own daughter."

Maybe it is just a Texas thing.  I went to junior high in California but this is eons later and my kids went to Middle school. Barbra Bush Middle School to be exact and they didn't take Mexicans.
