We need Richards and Williams in the rotation now. When weaver comes back, Williams should stay in the rotation and Blanton should go to the pen (or inland empire).

No kidding. We also do not have an ace capable of throwing a complete game shut out like the top contenders do. It must be nice to have a Verlander pitch every 5 days and to 8 scoreless with 12k's with the occational complete game shut out. This Angel team will lose to Verlander, Felix, Bucholz, and any other top tier starter every time because they are overmatched and out classed.

Angels actually have a good record against Felix if i recall correctly. But yeah i get your point and agree. Richards should have started last night plain and simple.

Weaver and Hanson being out is huge. The rotation would suck even if the big signing had been Greinke instead of Blanton.

 

 

I think Jerome Williams should be starting, though. Why stick with Enright after his first start?
